Drone Photography and Videography

Drone videography and photography can help capture the landscape and beauty of a property. Drone videos and photos provide stunning aerial views showcasing your property.  This is perfect for larger properties and provides context to surrounding ammenities and features.  If you have a larger home, more acreage, a swimming pool, water feature such as a pond, then drone videos and photos are probably exactly what your property needs as part of a listing.
What are the benefits of using drone videography and photography?

The truth about buyers is that it is very difficult for them to visualize a space. Drone videos and photos can keep the buyer engaged.  Madeline and the drone videographer will guide you with their expertise, and you will receive a high resolution, quality product.  People will share your drone videos, mainly because they are sharing something pretty, but that will obviously increase the number of potential buyers that would view and pass them along to others. Drones will enable buyers to get a feel for the neighborhood and the proximity of nearby attractions such as quaint little parks, nice lakes or beautiful golf courses.

The National Association of Realtors (NAR) found that 85 percent of buyers and sellers prefer to work with an agent who uses video marketing, but only 15 percent of agents were actually using videos in their listings. What this means is that there is a huge untapped audience out there clamoring to see videos.  I am a huge proponent of using drone videos to increase the number of views of the listing.  A study released by Domain.com found that video increased listing inquiries by 403 percent! Inquiries are more qualitative than views, which means that listings with video generated four times the number of quality leads. According to Forrester Research, one minute of video is the equivalent of 1.8 million words. In addition, according to MLS Statistics, homes with aerial images sold 68 percent faster than homes with standard images. Additionally, according to the NAR, homeowners say they are more likely to utilize an agent that uses video marketing to sell their home than one that does not.
